Chiara was elected by ChemChimp board and its shareholders in February 2020. Chiara primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors (the board) and corporate operations and being the public face of the company.
Chiara has a consolidated experience in the aerospace sector with international responsibility at corporate level in service and operations coordinating management teams; she fluently speaks 3 languages; in fact, she also works as an interpreter. Expert in governance processes, she has also been developing more than 150 training methods for international staff.
